We are a dedicated team of mentors and professionals focused on providing deliberate mentoring to our apprentices in the tech industry. We are here to provide hope by changing lives.

We leverage decades of experience in business management, entrepreneurship and relationships, connecting individuals with employers and experienced individuals in their chosen fields, thus providing increased career opportunities. We are committed and responsive to helping individuals and organizations take people from jobs to careers.

How are we different?

Our program is 45 weeks long and we offer on the job training through our year long apprenticeship program. Throughout the program, we offer mentoring with industry professionals – you are not alone!

Our students work on real life projects in our incubator that gives them the opportunity to gain experience working for employers. Some of the projects that our apprentices have completed are: FamLink, GeoTagger, and Sonar.

We provide a mix of learning how to become a developer combined with soft skills development so you can put what you learn to practice and gain employment after completing our program. We work with Corporate Partners, Non-Profit Organizations, and Government Agencies and Grants to help fund scholarships for those in need to change peoples lives.

What can this program offer me?

We are offering an exclusive opportunity to 16 qualified candidates to join our 45 week Full-Stack Web Developer Certification. This program is a pathway into the tech industry by working with other developers on real world projects.

This program offers upward mobility, income security, and greater work-life balance.

Graduates will be assisted with job placement. Starting salaries for a Full-Stack Web Developer average $50,000-$60,000/year.

Program Details:

This program is a 45 week Full-Stack Web Developer Certification. Individuals who earn the certificate for the initial 15 weeks of Coding Foundations, will be eligible for a year long paid apprenticeship.
